Current Production Time

Shelby has spent the last decade narrowing down production methods to expedite the process without sacrificing quality! The few items the shop offers now are those that can be made in minutes and shipped by the next business day. USPS transit times vary from 1-5 days depending on location. If you need an order delivered in less than 5 days contact Shelby for shipping upgrades. 

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of engraved items returns are not accepted, however if you have an issue with your order please contact Shelby within 3 days of delivery and it will be made right.
 

Cancellations will not be accepted after shipment, so contact Shelby as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.

Original shipping charges and rush services are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued for damaged items, however, I will gladly replace the item(s).
 

Payment

Payment is due at the time your order is placed. Orders will not be made without payment being fully processed and approved.

Shipping

Buyer pays for shipping unless otherwise stated on the listing.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays. International shipping is not available at this time.
